Sandra Bullock Nominated for Oscar
Well my favorite actress, Sandra Bullock is finally getting some respect for the work she has done. Bullock was nominated for an Oscar this year for her portrayal of Leigh Anne Touhy, a white women who takes in a homeless black child-man, in Blind Side.
I am happy that Sandra hs been given accolades for her work with the Academy Award nomination, but it may not be an automatic win as she is going up against Meryl Streep for her portrayal of Julia Childs.
But the big question is can she be named the best AND worst actress in the same year. That is right, Sandra was given the Razzie for the worst actress for her role in “All About Steve.” With an Oscar she could hit both ends of the spectrum for the first time ever!
I wish Sandra luck and remember to cheer her on on March 7th, 2010!
